All in all had really great experience in the winter.
We loved amiable staff and owner. Unbeatable and incredible location, in central Rome. There was cafe Colbert with coffee and goodies within 10 minutes walk👌

We had a wonderful stay at The Roman Residence. The location was excellent, right by the Spagna metro station and the Spanish Steps. It was so convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved having a washing machine and a full kitchen. The owner was very quick to communicate and there was a person on the first floor who helped with check-in and check-out. We felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend The Roman Residence for a fantastic tourist experience.

I just returned from a fantastic stay at Roman Residence in the heart of Rome. This apartment was a true gem. It had a prime location, just steps away from Spagna Square and the Spanish Steps, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite its central location, the apartment itself was remarkably quiet, with beautiful tree views from all the bedrooms and living room. the interior was tastefully decorated, with three spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. I was impressed by the attention to detail, as the hosts provided all the essentials and more, such as shampoo, conditioner, breakfast items, and even dishwasher tablets. the communication with the hosts was seamless, and they were accommodating in arranging our airport transfers. this apartment was a great value for its size and self-catering option.

Excellent location near Spagna Square and Spanish Steps. Quiet flat overlooking trees on a side road. Well-decorated with three good-sized bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with supermarkets nearby.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The spaciousness of the apartment is jaw-dropping and it is modern and well equipped. The location is super central, just a two-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, and the metro station is right next door. The building manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the efficient host can even organize transfers at a competitive price. We had the most wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!
